The primary function of this position is to analyze operational data for our Technology Renewal Center in Andover, MA and Erskine, UK and to develop recommendations for improvements around operational efficiencies and management of inventory.
This role requires excellent communication and consulting skills, and the ability to collaborate across many parts of the organization.
To be successful, this person will need to become an expert on the Asset Management business.
The ideal candidate must be proactive, curious, highly organized, and have a proven track record of driving and delivering operational solutions by analyzing data from Power BI and other tools.

Job responsibilities:
Consult with the business to understand their needs and jointly analyze operational data to provide recommendations for solutions.
Create proposals/recommendations for process improvement for operations, inventory management.
Work with the business to interpret the results from the BI capabilities, and support the business analysis process Act as an ambassador for a data driven business approach.
Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Computer science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics or related field 4+ years of experience analyzing data in an operational environment Previous experience working in a Supply Chain/Logistics environment preferred.
Technical skills (Required) Work within HPE IT specified guidelines Familiar with Power BI and other data visualization tools Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) SharePoint Other skill (Preferred) Experience in interpreting/analyzing operational data Ability to leverage data for the purpose of decision-making Deliver business analysis that is pertinent and timely Produce quality documentation Comfortable presenting in front of senior leadership Ability to promote a data culture Ability to overcome obstacles Enthusiastically curious, a fast learner, and a critical thinker Work well in a small team environment #unitedstates #HPEFS #LI-Hybrid We offer:
