This is an additional role to the team, joining two other advisors.
The population stands at circa 120 people across the UK and ROI and this is a generalist position.
What is the role You'll be a great all rounder, able to support the full employee lifecycle.
You'll be expected to coach and support managers to make the right decision when it comes to ER casework, pitch in with recruitment and liaise with agencies, drive engagement initiatives, and develop strong relationships with your stakeholders.
The business is on their 'Best Companies' journey so project work on the employee experience, wellbeing, women in tech, and apprentice programmes are already successful and suggestions for additional projects are encouraged.
This would be a great opportunity for a generalist with a passion for improving the workplace and making positive change.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a generalist position, able to form great relationships and empower managers in their decision making.
Ideally, you'll be CIPD qualified level 5 or above.
Open to candidates from standalone backgrounds and smaller businesses.
