Reporting into the HR Director, working in a HR team of around 7, this is a really exciting opportunity to work closely with your stakeholders and really make a difference.
As an organisation of nearly 400, this role will support customer service, sales, account managers and marketing areas of the business.
DUTIES Being a hands on HR BusinessPartner, you will be responsible for delivering a full employee lifecycle across your business area totalling around 120 employees.
Be responsible for all culture embedding, engagement, internal communications, recruitment, performance management as well as talent development and coaching.
Working closely with line managers and senior management to develop relationships and support with the people strategy for the teams Drive an ongoing talent management process, appraisals, succession planning and reviews Manage the graduate intake and any HR interns that join the team Work closely with line managers to recruit, leading recruitment campaigns, working with external agencies Work closely with third parties, presenting ideas, implementing initiatives Working on a number of projects all to benefit the business.
Collaboration with the wider group and international part of the business.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE You'll have experience of HR businesspartnering, either being in an HRBP role, in an HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor role and looking for a step up in your career Your experience will be broad, having experience across policy, engagement, recruitment, ER, coaching and development, appraisals and remuneration and systems (Workday) Open to any sector background experience, as long as you have worked in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
