M&E SiteSupervisor - Stratford Maintenance SiteSupervisor required to manage a large commercial building in Stratford .
Working Monday to Friday split days, 7-4/8-5 with our client paying between 50k-53k basic salary.
You will be the Supervisor on site covering All M+E maintenance as well as managing a team of 8-10 engineers and contractors across a large commercial building .
Our client is looking for a dedicated individual with a good attention to detail, also someone who is willing to progress through the company.
You will be on site carrying out plant checks and dealing with planned and reactive maintenance on a daily basis.
Whilst ensuring all paperwork/RAMS and compliance is completed on site.
Maintenanceon general building services and minor HVAC equipment will also be required.
Plenty of Overtimeavailable.
Responsibilities Respond to all enquiries promptly Ensure the smooth running of the building Cover planned and reactive maintenance Ensure good relationships with internal and external customers and contractors Perform rectification of defects, ensuring all safety and performance standards are met in accordance with the contract Requirements; Excellent client facing skills Qualifed in Electrical Engineering Able to prove that you have experience working in a similar field of employment.
