What You'll be Doing Each Day:

Overseeing Recruitment practice and procedures Overseeing Employee Benefits ensuring all information is correct, complete, and accurate Liaising with Employee Benefits providers and the group company in the administration of all benefits Compiling all HR centric Management Information (KPIs and KRIs) Compiling monthly Absence reports Compiling Diversity and Inclusion reports Reviewing payroll and OOH analysis for inconsistencies Liaising with vendors and reviewing Contingent Worker contracts for correctness Providing weekly recruitment updates to Senior Management Supporting Group head in handling Employees’ Disciplinary To act as a point of contact for all employees in the London Offices Keeping HR process in full compliance with the legal and regulatory framework Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organisational effectiveness and employee satisfaction Leading the Learning & Development function, providing a high quality, comprehensive and professional L&D advice and support service to assist in developing workforce capability Co-working with colleagues in Admin on other activities in ensuring efficient running of the Admin Group Updating of Admin Group related documentation and policies Working on the other tasks based on business needs as listed in the Admin Group detailed task list.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

Previous experience in an HR environment Demonstrated experience in various HR functional areas especially recruitment and Employee Relations Practical knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures Prior experience in Learning & Development We would be grateful if you could send your CV as a Word document.
