We’re working exclusively with a long established East London Property Consultancy who undertake a mixed project and professional workload focused primarily on Residential matters including pre-purchase survey, alteration and major works.
As a multi-generational family practice with unrivalled levels of staff retention, modern vibrant offices, a structured career path and a secure, broad (non-lender based) workload offering excellent OTE, their employment offering to Surveyors in the current climate is an extremely attractive one.
With their incumbent Head of Surveying nearing retirement / succession planning, they now seek a suitable Head of Surveying as follows:
* MRICS/FRICS qualified * 5 years’ PQE in a Residential focused setting (either corporate, independent or a combination of both.) * Technically aware, able to provide expert guidance in-house (to surveyors) as well as externally to clients in relation to projects and new business enquires * Commercially aware, able to work alongside shareholders to identify new revenue streams whilst maximising profits from existing service offerings and clients * A sound team leader, able to motivate, manage and train Surveyors at all levels from APC to MRICS.
* Hands on with an interest in continuing to work “on the tools” as required * Customer facing, meeting new and existing clients to discuss ongoing and pipeline projects on a regular basis.
