A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SPA THERAPIST AT THE MUNICIPAL, LIVERPOOL.
What you'll be doing..

Reporting to the Spa Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.
Greet every one of our guests with a welcoming smile and professional manner Provide the highest level of hospitality and treatments to all our hotel & spa guests Maintain a clean and tidy work space Be able to work a flexible rota including weekend work where required Have a good knowledge of treatments, products and other facilities Actively upsell additional treatments, products and facilities across the hotel and spa Undertake other duties as required and outlined by the Spa Therapist Manager WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU We hire mostly on personality & potential but here are a few of our requirements..

To succeed in the role of Spa Therapist, you will need the following qualities and skills.
To have at least 1 years experience in a luxury spa Trained in Elemis would be preferable, however in house training will be delivered Exemplary people skills and a key eye for detail.
Trained to Level 3 NVQ A real people person, able to empathise with clients, take time to build rapport and discuss treatments and products confidently and knowledgeably.
