We welcome applicants who are already residing in the UK Options Autism are recruiting AdultSupportWorkers to join our team in Middleton Fells - a brand-new site supporting adults aged 18 to 64 with Autism Spectrum conditions and Learning Disabilities.
Our residential homes provide high quality accommodation for adults with autism, complex needs and/or learning disabilities.
This would be an ideal role for those interested in supporting adults with varied and complex needs.

Although, experience is not required, we need people who fit the following criteria People with a big heart and passion to make a difference to the residents’ lives Understanding that the people we care for can be challenging Be patient, resilient and calming Become the “go to” person for help, support and guidance with their everyday needs Willingness to learn not only about the people we support, but the ins and outs of Children’s Residential Care, by working towards a funded qualification in Adult Care Work (if you do not currently hold this or equivalent) What we can offer:
