Based at Saint Quentin en Yvelines, the Elancourt site is a major technological hub.


You will join the Air Optronics Development Department (DDAO), overseeing development and production programs for France and export markets.

As Production Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing technical support to production teams


2. Coordinating support activities with stakeholders


3. Achieving production plan objectives


4. Managing equipment configurations in production


5. Proposing improvements and solutions to encountered issues


6. Participating in industrialization and production review meetings

Are you passionate about joining a dedicated team?
You should have a higher education diploma and solid experience in:

1. Technical leadership on complex systems (minimum 10 years)


2. Root cause analysis and identification


3. Optronic systems:
   
   
   optics, electronics, control systems, imaging


4. LEAN methods in production

Team spirit, synthesis, persuasive skills, strategic planning, and responsiveness are valued traits for this role.

You will be part of an experienced team of about 12 people managing projects for multiple clients worldwide, focusing on an optronic product mounted on the RAFALE for threat detection.
