LeadHer Talent is proud to be partnering with a high-growth investment boutique to recruit their new Head of Sales.

This is a rare opportunity to take on a highly visible leadership role and have a direct impact on a growing international sales force.

Our client is a fast-moving, independent firm specializing in alternative financial products such as structured products, private equity, and real assets.



They work closely with private bankers, wealth managers, and family offices across Europe and beyond, offering bespoke, high-value investment solutions.


With strong momentum and ambitious plans, they’re now looking to strengthen their sales leadership and boost team performance across 8 countries.



Your Mission

We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Sales to lead, coach, and grow a distributed team of 25+ salespeople across multiple international markets.

This is not a strategy-only role, you’ll be deeply involved in day-to-day sales management, bringing structure, discipline, and support to drive results on the ground.


  • Lead and manage daily sales operations across 8 countries

  • Deliver regular coaching and performance reviews, tailored to each team

  • Improve pipeline quality, conversion rates, and commercial efficiency

  • Define and track KPIs to ensure accountability and focus

  • Arbitrate conflicts, troubleshoot team issues, and maintain a strong team dynamic

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams:


    Legal, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Tech

  • Report directly to the CEO and/or Board of Directors

  • Travel 30–50% of your time to stay close to the field and support local markets

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales leadership experience in international environments

  • Strong track record in coaching, mentoring, and growing sales teams

  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and action-driven — you thrive close to the field

  • Background in financial services, investments, or fintech

  • Fluent in French and English (other European languages a plus)

  • Based near Paris, Geneva, Zurich, London or Dubai

  • Willing and able to travel regularly (30–50%)
