Interim HR BusinessPartner £250 – £350 per day Full time Hybrid 2/3 days in office London 3-6months ASAP start My client is looking for an Interim HR BusinessPartner who can provide an operational and strategic service, demonstrating pro-active ownership of people management.
The role Sitting in the Central HR team, this role will work alongside the Talent Acquisition and Development Executive and HR Assistants to deliver an outstanding HR service that support our people to deliver great outcomes.
This role works alongside the Chief HR Officer and managing director to deliver strategic and focused people solutions to meet the commercial, quality objectives of the division.
This role will own the core people functions of talent, employee relations, policies and compliance & L&D for their business area.
Building an insight to the business areas stategic, objectives and priorites.
This role will have involvment in ad hoc people projects.
The person Significant HR generalist experience, experience of delivering people initiatives.
Knowledge of current trends in people management.
Able to build strong relationships with colleagues of all levels of senority, estabilising credibility in their business area and throughout the organisation, you will be the go-to person for advice.
